Parking:
Parking in the lots is free, however,
please remember that all parking spaces in front of docks along Erie
Street are reserved for Erie Basin Marina Slip Holders. All vehicles parked in the spaces designated as slip holder parking must posess a current slip holder pass clearly displayed and visible to security personnel. All violators of this rule will be tagged and or towed from The Erie Basin Marina.
Alcohol:
No open containers of alcoholic beverages are permited in any public area of The Erie Basin Marina.

Ordinance 69.69.
Swimming:
No swimming is permitted in The Erie Basin Marina Beach.
Open Fires:

The Gardens at the Erie Basin Marina serve two purposes. The first is to provide a beautiful place for Buffaloians to enjoy. The second is we are a University Trial Garden. Each year we trial the newest varieties of specialty annuals from around the world, and put perennials to the test to find those that can stand up to Buffalo’s extreme climate. We establish which plants will work best in our climate zone, and provide a great source for gardeners and local growers so that we as a region can make better choices in the garden. At the marina we grow our flowers in flower beds, and in 32” planters with growing media for optimum growth. This allows more space for us to trial a wider variety of plant material.
Specialty annuals are hybridized for specific uses, like container gardening, and for particular landscape uses. They are also hybridized to perform certain growth habits, for example height, flower production, and color, disease resistance, and many more characteristics.
The plants we trial come from horticultural companies located all over the world. Four of which are some of the largest. (click here to read more)

Erie Basin Marina is at full capacity each season. If you are interested in a slip, please print, complete and return the printable Waiting List Application located to your right. Vacancies will not be determined or filled until all regular season contracts have been returned near March 15, 2011.

EBM PERMANANT SLIP RENTERS - 2011 CONTRACTS:
Contracts will be mailed out on Monday, January 3, 2011. If any of your contact information has changed since your 2010 contract, please update us by email eriebasinmarina@verizon.net. Erie Basin is at full capacity with a waiting list and it is necessary that you respond by the deadlines noted on contract or your slip WILL be reassisnged without notice. Any specific requests must be submitted in writting with your contract. If you purchase a larger boat without informing us and you are in need a larger slip, you will not be guaranteed a larger slip until there is a vacancy. Requests are managed on a first come first serve & an availability basis.
